Icon believe in the on-going support of your existing system. Our core business is in the maintenance of your system. We aim to be on-site as quickly and as often as possible to remedy the inevitable problems. To enable you to budget for these problems we offer a hugely popular system of unlimited contracted support. This is a popular method of support for a large portion of our clients. We agree a fixed monthly cost for unlimited IT support including onsite visits. The fee is variable but roughly is equivalent to £10 per month per PC/Mac.
